In certain matters, authorities, institutions or other bodies require the submission of a registration certificate.
This contains the following data:
Surname, first name, date and place of birth, current address, date of move-in.
A registration certificate is issued immediately by personal interview and presentation of a document for identification.

Identity card or passport

According to the fee schedule of the state of Brandenburg, the issuance of a registration certificate in social matters (e.g. pension and pension matters) is free of charge.
In all other cases, a fee of EUR 5.00 must be paid.
