  • Detailed description

You are no longer required to attend school and have not yet found an apprenticeship? Maybe you don't have a high school diploma? Or have you lost your apprenticeship and have to completely reorient yourself?

Then you can prepare for an apprenticeship in a pre-vocational training measure (BvB) of the Employment Agency. The pre-vocational training measure usually lasts up to ten months.

The advantage of this is that you not only have lessons, but also do several internships. This allows you to get to know different professions and get a taste of the different working worlds. The internship company will get to know you well – perhaps this will result in more.

Another advantage is that, under certain conditions, you can also catch up on a secondary school leaving certificate as part of the pre-vocational training measure.

During a pre-vocational training measure, you are entitled to a vocational training allowance.

  • Requirements

Participation is open to young people who have completed compulsory schooling but have not yet found an apprenticeship or have lost their apprenticeship.
