A partnership company, partnership company with limited professional liability or a corporation may only use the professional titles "architect", "interior architect", "landscape architect" and "town planner" or these professional titles with additions or word combinations in their name or company name if they are entered in a special register, the company register, at the Chamber of Architects or are authorized to do so as an external company.

• the object of the company is to perform the professional tasks of architects, interior designers, landscape architects or urban planners,
• the members of the profession hold at least half of the capital and voting shares and the remaining shares are held by natural persons who can contribute to achieving the purpose of the company on the basis of their professional training and who exercise a liberal profession,
• the majority of persons authorized to manage the company are members of the profession and it is ensured that the company is managed responsibly by members of the profession,
• capital shares may not be held for the account of third parties and voting rights may not be exercised for third parties or by third parties,
• in the case of public limited companies and partnerships limited by shares, the shares are registered shares,
• the transfer of capital and shares is subject to the approval of all shareholders and
• the professional duties applicable to members of the profession pursuant to Section 25 of the Brandenburg Architects Act are observed by the company

• Publicly certified, i.e. notarized copy of the articles of association or partnership agreement in which the requirements of Section 7 (2) sentence 1 BbgArchG are regulated, in the case of partnerships only Section 7;
• Proof of the existence of professional liability insurance that meets the minimum requirements of Section 10 BbgArchG (the proof must expressly state that the company itself is the policyholder);
• Proof of registration of the corporation with the commercial register, of the partnership with the partnership register;
• Proof of authorization to use the professional title;
• List of all partners with details of their respective professional affiliation;
• Copy of payment slip for the fee payment
