Occupational health management consists of the legally prescribed measures for occupational safety and health promotion and workplace health promotion. It calls for cooperation between entrepreneurs, employees, company doctors, health insurance companies, staff representatives and works councils as well as occupational health and safety authorities. This is intended to sustainably promote good working conditions and quality of life at the workplace as well as the health and motivation of employees. Possible measures of occupational health management can be, among others:
- Flexible working time models such as flexitime, working time accounts, sabbaticals
- Courses for back training, running groups, ergonomic training
- healthy canteen catering
- a company integration management
