    You can report chained bicycles that block access roads, obstruct sidewalks or make them impassable to the competent authority. As well as bicycles suspected of having been stolen. Be as specific as possible about:

    • the exact location where the (ownerless) bicycle is located
    • if the bike is chained or not
    • what is the condition of the bike
    • if applicable, how long the bike has been there
    • if known, name and address of the holder

    Bicycles parked in public spaces that are visibly no longer moved or would not be repairable without high costs can also be reported.
