Report a vehicle ownerless
You can report motor vehicles that are no longer registered or unroadworthy to the local regulatory authority.

Detailed description
Motor vehicles that are no longer registered and vehicles that are not roadworthy (car wrecks and car parts are included) may not be parked on public roads, paths and squares. If you see motor vehicles without license plates or with seals removed on public property, you can report this to the local regulatory authority. If, on the other hand, the vehicles are on private property, the owner of the property is responsible for the removal or disposal (private law). No notification is necessary.
If possible, the following information should be provided about the vehicle:
- Vehicle
- Vehicle manufacturer
- Type, colour of vehicle
- Indicators, if still available
- (more precise) Location of the vehicle
- since when was it noticed that the vehicle was parked there
- Name, address, telephone number of the reporting person
- Knowledge of the responsible person, if known
