Detailed description
A residual waste container of sufficient size must be kept ready on each inhabited property. Insofar as it is not completely composted itself, it is also an organic waste bin. Paper bins can be ordered at no extra cost (use is voluntary).
The registration, deregistration and re-registration of the garbage can containers can only be carried out by the property owner. In addition, container changes (e.g. container size) or the registration and registration of individual or further containers must be communicated to the competent authority. A new registration after moving into a property must always be made in writing.
