Prostitution vehicles are motor vehicles, vehicle trailers and other mobile equipment provided for the provision of sexual services.

If you wish to set up a prostitution vehicle for operation on more than 2 consecutive days or several times in 1 month, you must notify the local public order office 2 weeks before setting it up.

The operating location and operating hours must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of the following groups of people

• the prostitutes working in the prostitution vehicle,
• the customers,
• young people,
• local residents,
• local residents and
• the general public.
  

Otherwise, the installation of the prostitution vehicle may be prohibited.
Failure to report a prostitution vehicle correctly, completely or in good time is an administrative offense and can be punished with a fine of up to EUR 1,000.

• Suitability of the location
• Age of majority of the person making the notification and, if applicable, their representative

Notification of the installation

• First and last name of the vehicle owner and full name of the operator of the prostitution vehicle,
• Vehicle or vessel registration number of the prostitution vehicle,
• exact details of the installation site,
• duration of the installation and
• the operating hours.
  

Permit for prostitution business with operating concept

• Copy of the permit for the operation of a prostitution business with the underlying operating concept
• The operating concept must clearly show whether the vehicle has sufficient interior space and appropriate interior fittings.
  In particular, the prostitution vehicle must be designed in such a way that
  • doors can be opened from the inside at any time
  • help is available at all times through technical devices,
  • adequate sanitary facilities and
  • a valid operating license is available and
  • the vehicle is in a technically operational condition.

• If applicable, also a copy of the deputy permit, if available

Registration certificates/alias certificates

• Copy of the registration certificates and/or alias certificates of all prostitutes expected to work in the prostitution vehicle

Agreements with prostitutes

• Copy of the agreements/contracts concluded with the prostitutes regarding the use of the vehicle

Photos of the prostitution vehicle

• Current photos (exterior and interior view) of the prostitution vehicle

Valid operating license/proof of operational capability

Proof of a valid operating license and technical operability for the prostitution vehicle (e.g. copy of the last general inspection, copy of registration certificate part I, workshop service booklet, or similar)

• Attach the necessary documents.
• Submit the notification and the necessary documents to your local public order office.
