Officially approved measuring points for the determination of emissions and immissions of air pollutants in accordant to the Federal Immission Control Act
As an approved measuring point for emissions and immissions in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act, you can offer your services throughout Germany after notification by a state authority or participate in corresponding tenders.

As a measuring point for emissions and immissions in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act, you can offer your services throughout Germany after notification by a state authority or participate in corresponding tenders.
They are able to determine particulate, gaseous organic and inorganic substances and odours in terms of equipment and personnel. They have the special requirements with regard to sampling and analysis.
They are able to determine noises and/or vibrations in terms of equipment and personnel.
Fees are due for the implementation of the notification procedure and the related expert services depending on the audit and administrative burden and on the specific measurements requested.
According to Annex 2, point 2.2.3 of the Scale of Fees of the Ministry of the Environment, Health and Consumer Protection (GebOMUGV), the fee is between EUR 350 and EUR 6 700.
Notification must be submitted to the State Office for the Environment using the application form:
Approximately four months after receipt of the complete documents
The notification is limited to five years and must then be applied for again.
