Do you want to fill vacancies but don't want to look for suitable people on your own? The Employer Service of the Federal Employment Agency offers you its placement service for this purpose.

You can also use this service online and therefore completely electronically. All you have to do is create a job offer on the Jobbörse online portal and place an order for placement. To do this, you need to register on the job exchange. Registration gives you further advantages, for example you can contact potential applicants.

Alternatively, you can also submit the job offer to the relevant employment agency using the online job registration form. You can also download the corresponding PDF documents. You can download these, fill them in and send them to the relevant employment agency. You do not need to register on the job exchange to do this.

You will then be assigned a personal contact person from your responsible employer service. Within 48 hours, this person will coordinate the next steps in the search for applicants, the pre-selection of applicant proposals and the online cooperation via the job exchange with you.

You can instruct the employer service of the relevant employment agency to search for a job electronically, in writing or by telephone.

• You can place the placement order electronically via the job exchange: Visit the Jobbörse website of the Federal Employment Agency.
• Register as a company or employer on your first visit.
• From then on, log in with your user name and password.
• On your personal start page you will find the link "Enter new job offer", click on it.
• Enter the required data for your job offer in the input mask in the order shown:
  • Type of job offer: for employees, apprentices, interns/trainees, self-employed, artists
  • Job info: Describe the position to be filled
  • Conditions: Enter information on working hours, remuneration, start of employment, time limit if applicable, place of practice
  • Requirements: What professional training, (management) skills and licenses should your future workforce possess?
  • Contact details: Name a contact person in your company and select a type of application procedure, for example:
    • by telephone
    • in writing
    • by e-mail
    • job exchange.
• If you have already created a job offer in your user account, you can place a placement order for it:
  • When creating the job offer, you confirm the query about the transfer.
  • You select the "Place placement order" button on the overview page of the job offer.
  • You click on the "Place placement order" icon in the job vacancy overview.

You also have the option of submitting the placement order electronically using the online job registration form:

• Visit the website Jobbörse der Bundesagentur für Arbeit.
• Select the "Report personnel requirements" button and an online job registration form will open.
• The form can be completed online and sent directly to the relevant employment agency. It is not necessary to register in JOBBÖRSE.

Alternatively, you can submit the placement order in writing:

• Download the relevant form from the job exchange:
  • Job placement order
  • Placement order for training position
• Complete the form in full. Then print it out and sign it.
• Submit the form by post, fax, e-mail or in person to the employer service of your local employment agency/job center. If necessary, discuss your requirements with your personal advisor.

You can also place the placement order verbally (in person/by telephone):

Once you have placed the job application, the personal contact person at the Employer Service will get in touch with you. With this person, you will agree on an individually tailored procedure, including publication, pre-selection of applicants, submission of proposals or cooperation via the job exchange.
