Do you want to fill vacancies, but don't want to search for suitable people on your own? For this purpose, the Employer Service of the Federal Employment Agency offers you its placement service.

You can also take advantage of this online and thus completely electronically. All you have to do is create a job offer online on the JOBBÖRSE portal and place an order for placement. For this purpose, registration in the job exchange is required. By registering, you have further advantages, for example, you can contact potential applicants.

Alternatively, you can also submit the job offer to the responsible employment agency via the online job registration form. In addition, corresponding PDF documents are available for download. You can download it, fill it out and send it to the responsible employment agency. You don't have to register on the job board for this.

You will then be provided with a personal contact person from your responsible employer service. Within 48 hours, he/she will coordinate with you the further procedure of the applicant search, the pre-selection of applicant proposals and the online cooperation via the job exchange.

You can instruct the employer service of the responsible employment agency to search for a job electronically, in writing or by telephone.

• You can place the placement order electronically via the job exchange: Visit the Job Exchange website of the Federal Employment Agency.
• Register as a company or employer on your first visit.
• From now on, log in with your username and password.
• On your personal homepage you will find the link "Create new job offer", click on it.
• Enter the required data for your job offer in the input mask in order:
  • Type of job offer: for workers, apprentices, interns/trainees, self-employed, artists
  • Job info: Describe the position to be filled
  • Conditions: Enter information on working hours, remuneration, start of employment, fixed-term contract if applicable, place of practice
  • Requirements: What vocational training, (leadership) skills and licenses should your future workforce have?
  • Contact details: Name a contact person in your company and select a type of application process, for example:
    • telephonic
    • written
    • Email
    • Job.
• If you have already created a job offer in your user account, you can place a placement order for it:
  • When creating the job offer, you confirm the query about the handover.
  • You select the "Place placement order" button on the overview page of the job offer.
  • You click on the "Place placement order" icon in the overview of job offers.

In addition, you have the option of placing the placement order electronically via the online job registration form:

• Visit the website Job Exchange of the Federal Employment Agency.
• Select the "Report Staffing Needs" button and an online job registration form will open.
• The form can be filled out online and sent directly to the responsible employment agency. It is not necessary to register in the job exchange.

Alternatively, you can place the mediation order in writing:

• Download the corresponding form on the job board:
  • Placement assignment for the job
  • Placement contract for a training position
• Fill out the form completely. After that, print it out and sign it.
• Submit the form by post, fax, e-mail or in person to the employer service of the Employment Agency/Job Centre responsible for you. If necessary, discuss your requirements with your personal advisor.

In addition, you can also place the placement order verbally (in person/by telephone):

After you have placed the placement order, the personal contact person of the Employer Service will contact you. With this person, you agree on an individually suitable procedure. among other things, for publication, pre-selection of applicants, submission of proposals or cooperation via the JOB EXCHANGE.
