Detailed description
As an employer with at least 20 workplaces, you must fill 5 percent of your workplaces with severely disabled or equivalent employees (mandatory workplaces).
Normally, a severely disabled person or equivalent disabled person must work part-time for you for at least 18 hours per week for the job to be counted as a compulsory job.
If a severely disabled or similarly disabled person works less than 18 hours a week, you must prove that this is necessary due to the nature or severity of the disability. Only then can this workplace exceptionally be counted as a compulsory workplace.
