The professional register is maintained by the competent Chamber of Tax Consultants. After receipt of your declaration of renunciation, the corresponding entry in the register will be deleted. You will then no longer be listed in the professional register as a tax advisor. If a registered person is deceased, the waiver can be made by a third party.

You are a tax advisor, tax agent or member of a tax consulting firm registered in the professional register but no longer active.

• In principle, an informal declaration is possible; if necessary, the chamber of tax advisors responsible for you may also offer an optional form.
• If the declaration is made because the registered person has died, the death certificate must also be submitted.

You must report the deletion to the Chamber of Tax Consultants responsible for you.

The deletion from the register will be confirmed to you in writing.

The Brandenburg Chamber of Tax Consultants is responsible for deletion from the professional register of the Brandenburg Chamber of Tax Consultants.
