With the register of craftsmen and the register of the owners of a business of a craft without a licence or a trade-like trade, the Chamber of Crafts keeps two registers in which all craft businesses and businesses of the craft-like trade in the respective chamber district are recorded. In order to keep the stored data up-to-date, there is, among other things, an obligation to notify when changing the address and contact details of the business owner. If a company is registered as a corporate owner, corresponding data changes must be reported to shareholders and bodies authorised to represent the company (e.g. managing directors of a limited liability company). In addition to changes of address, this applies to electronic contact details (mobile) telephone and fax numbers or e-mail addresses).  

Personal data stored by the Chamber of Crafts on the business owner, shareholders or bodies authorised to represent companies have changed, in particular:

• Address data
• electronic contact details such as (mobile) telephone and fax numbers or e-mail address
   

• Information on the operation
  • Running number
  • Company name
• Information about your function (e.g. management or owner of the business)
• Notification of personal data to be modified
   

• if applicable: Proof of data change
