Further information about the monuments is available on request. In the case of movable monuments and ground monuments, you may have to prove a legitimate interest for the information.

After your request for information has been checked, you will receive the requested information, provided this does not conflict with the legitimate interests of the owner.

You can view the official public monument lists, the monument database and the geoportal of the responsible authority without restriction.

Further information may only be possible by providing evidence of a legitimate interest.

When requesting further information, proof of legitimate interest may be required in the application process.

• the monument database for architectural monuments
• the ground monuments listed in the geoportal

However, you must apply to the competent authority for further information on specific monuments or on movable monuments and ground monuments that are not published for reasons of protection and prove your legitimate interest.
