  • Detailed description

    The real estate cadastre, together with the land register, ensures the securing of ownership of the land and gives it marketability and creditworthiness.

    If a boundary in the locality is unclear or boundary markers are missing, the boundary points or parcel boundaries that have been bindingly proven for the parcel in the real estate cadastre can be transferred to the locality as part of a boundary determination procedure (boundary determination or boundary restoration).

  • Requirements

    A property survey is carried out on request or ex officio. Applications can be submitted by property owners or by holders of a right equivalent to real estate. With their consent, another person can also submit the application.

  • Process

    The process is divided into the placing of the order, the local surveying including the recognition procedure and the transfer to the real estate cadastre.

  • Duration

    1 – 6 months

  • Deadline

    In the recognition procedure, the party to the procedure has 1 month to submit the recognition in writing. If there is no objection, the parcel boundary is deemed to have been recognized.
