Detailed description
The standard land values are the average location values of the land for a majority of plots of land for which the usage and value conditions are essentially the same.
They are based on the square meter of land area of a property with a defined property condition (standard land value property). The standard land value always refers to an undeveloped plot of land.
In developed areas, the standard land value is determined using the value that would result if the land were undeveloped.Standard land values are determined for different types of use, e.g.
- Residential areas,
- mixed building land,
- commercial building land,
- agricultural and forestry land.
Standard land values are determined and adopted annually by the expert committees for land values on the basis of their purchase price collection as of January 1.

Fees
Viewing and printing in BORIS-Land Brandenburg and in the German Standard Land Value Information System (BORIS-D) is free of charge.
Verbal information on standard land values from the offices of the expert committees for land values is free of charge.
For written information on standard land values, a fee is charged for each item of standard land value information.

Online viewing in the standard land value portal is done via the location or address search or window zoom. After selecting the standard land value, a printout of the standard land value can be made via a PDF download.
