• Building application form

A partial building permit can be issued before the final building permit is issued. This permits the start of construction work for individual components.

There are no obstacles to the granting of planning permission for the entire project. The part of the building project applied for can be carried out independently.

In addition to the application form, the building documents required for the decision on the content of the partial building permit must be submitted.

• § Section 3 of the Brandenburg Building Submission Ordinance (BbgBauVorlV)

• 1.4 percent of the chargeable construction value, at least €100
• for the part of the building project that is the subject of the partial building permit

• In accordance with tariff section 1.6 of the Brandenburg Building Fee Regulations (BbgBauGebO)

Applications for partial planning permission are usually submitted as part of a planning permission procedure.

The building permit and partial building permit expire if work on the project has not commenced within six years of being granted or if work has been interrupted for more than one year.
