Each Chamber of Veterinarians maintains a list of members. The members of the Chamber are obliged to provide their Chamber with the necessary information for this purpose. The type and scope of the personal data to be provided and the documents to be submitted as well as the duration of data storage are regulated by the chambers in their registration regulations.

Certificates and attestations required for the exercise of the profession, including:

• Surname, maiden name, first name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, professional and private address
• University, training institution, place and date of veterinary examination, date of approval or permit granting and, if necessary, work permit
• Academic degrees and titles acquired

recognised area, sub-area and additional designations as well as designations of specialist knowledge and authorisations for further training

For the use of special official acts, the Chambers of Veterinarians may charge fees and claim reimbursement of expenses on the basis of their fee statutes
