Teacher training examination

At the end of the preparatory service, the state examination determines whether and with what success it has been completed.

  • Forms

    The forms are issued by the seminary in which the seminary takes place. Forms must be completed in writing; personal appearance is required.

  • Detailed description

    The state examination marks the end of the preparatory service, which aims to enable teacher candidates to practice the profession of teacher independently.

  • Requirements

    Master of Education or 1st state examination for a teaching profession as well as at least 12 months of preparatory service

  • Documents
    1. At least 12 months of preparatory service with participation in the seminars of the study seminars as well as independent teaching and observation at the training school
    2. Assessment of the training school
    3. Lesson plan for each of the two lesson rehearsals carried out as part of the state examination
  • Process

    The status of competence development must be assessed in writing by the training school at least two weeks before the fixed date for the first teaching sample. Taking two teaching samples (practical teaching examination) and an oral examination in the form of a colloquium.

    With the announcement of the examination topic of the first teaching sample of the practical teaching examination, the registration for the state examination has been made.
