If, as an entrepreneur or company founder or as a freelancer from all areas of the economy, you need help with administrative procedures, e.g. because you are looking for a sometimes time-consuming and complicated procedure such as the establishment of a branch, you have the option of contacting a single body such as a so-called "point of single contact".
Uniform bodies will provide you with the necessary application forms as required, provide you with information on the respective administrative procedures, check your documents for completeness and forward them to the competent authorities.
The service is aimed at interested parties from Germany but also in particular at EU citizens from the member states.
