The property register contains factual information about the parcel (e.g. parcel number, size of the parcel, types of use, ...) and personal data (owner of the parcel, ...). You can apply for parcel certificates with and without soil appraisal information, parcel and owner certificates with and without land estimate information, property certificates and inventory certificates.

The real estate register contains, among other things, data relating to persons. The legitimate interest in the disclosure of this data (e.g. proof of ownership) must be credibly demonstrated by the applicant.

For the provision of extracts from the real estate register, fees are charged in accordance with the scale of fees for official surveying in the state of Brandenburg in the currently valid version.
