  • Detailed description

    Construction projects of the Federation and the Länder require the consent of the supreme building supervisory authority instead of the building permit if they are prepared and carried out under the direction of their own suitable specialists, if the municipal agreement on deviations, exceptions and exemptions has been denied or the neighbour does not agree to the construction project.
