    • If you want to catch eels for commercial purposes, you must first report this to the higher fisheries authority and register.
    • The Higher Fisheries Authority records the details of persons who catch eels for commercial purposes in a register by assigning them a registration number.
  • Process
    • They report the eel fishery to the higher fisheries authority before commencing their activities.
    • You indicate whether you are your main or secondary occupation, in which area you fish and when you start fishing for eel.
    • Registration takes place after you have submitted the application to the higher fisheries authority.
    • You will receive a registration number.
