    If you live with a disability and experience impairments or disadvantages in your daily life due to lack of accessibility, you can contact the arbitration board. The Conciliation Board has the task of settling disputes between persons with disabilities and public authorities, e.g. federal authorities and social security institutions, on the subject of accessibility out of court. Accessibility means that you can, for example, use buildings, means of transport or information processing systems without major difficulties and without outside help.

    The conciliation body is independent. The conciliators are responsible for the impartial and fair conduct of the proceedings. The conciliators and the employees of the office are bound to secrecy
