  • Detailed description

The standard land values are the average location values of the land for a majority of properties for which there are essentially the same use and value ratios.
They are based on the square meter of land area of a property with a defined land condition (standard land value property). The standard land value always refers to an undeveloped plot of land.
In built-up areas, the standard land value is determined with the value that would result if the land were undeveloped.

Standard land values are determined for different types of use, e.g.

    • residential areas,
    • mixed building areas,
    • commercial building areas,
    • agricultural land.

Standard land values are determined and decided by the appraisal committees for land values on the basis of their purchase price collection annually on the cut-off date of 01.01.
