  • Detailed description

    From an existing parcel of land, several new parcels are created by a property survey. This is done by means of a local property survey or by a segregation without a local property survey.

  • Requirements

    A property survey is carried out on request or ex officio. Applications may be made by property owners or by holders of a right equivalent to real estate; with their consent, another person may also submit the application.

  • Process

    The process is divided into the placing of the order, the local surveying including the recognition procedure and the transfer to the real estate cadastre.

  • Duration

    3-6 months

  • Deadline

    In the recognition procedure, the party to the procedure has 1 month to submit the recognition in writing. If there is no objection, the parcel boundary is deemed to have been recognized.
