  • Detailed description

    One or more new parcels are created from several parcels of a plot of land within the meaning of the land register.

  • Requirements

    The parcel merger shall be carried out upon request or ex officio. Applications can be submitted by property owners or by holders of a right equivalent to real estate. With their consent, another person can also submit the application.

  • Fees

    Fees are charged in accordance with the Survey Fee Schedule.

  • Process

    Once the application has been submitted, the merger takes place either in the course of a property survey or isolated in the real estate cadastre.

    1-6 months
