• Building application form

A partial building permit can be issued before the final issuance of the building permit. This allows the start of construction work for individual components.

This can be particularly useful for large construction projects consisting of several buildings.

There is nothing to prevent the granting of the building permit for the entire project. The requested part of the construction project can be carried out independently.

In addition to the application form, the building documents required for the decision on the content of the partial building permit must be submitted.

• 1.4 percent of the eligible construction value, at least €100
• for the part of the construction project that is part of the partial building permit

• According to subheading 1.6 of the Brandenburg Building Fee Regulations (BbgBauGebO)

Applications for partial building permits are usually made as part of a building permit procedure.

The building permit and partial building permit shall expire if, within six years of their grant, the execution of the project has not begun or the execution has been interrupted for more than one year.
