If the execution of an approved construction project is to be started, the start of construction must be reported to the lower building supervisory authority.

Construction may not begin until

1. a required building permit has been issued or the requirement of § 62 (3) sentence 1 is met,
2. permits required by other legislation have been obtained,
3. the required test reports or certificates for the examination of the structural engineering verifications are available.

The building supervisory authority may reserve the right to approve the construction work for the excavation pit, for individual construction phases or for the entire construction project.
