The tasks of the property management of a municipality or a district include the administration of developed and undeveloped municipal real estate. These include, for example, the following areas:
- management of the properties,
- management of undeveloped land,
- rental matters,
- lease matters,
- purchase and sale of land,
- maintenance of municipal-owned administrative and school buildings and other buildings,
- Management of municipal cemeteries and municipal roads, paths and squares.
