  • Detailed description

Municipalities and districts often have numerous properties or buildings of different uses. These are mainly administrative buildings, schools, town houses, event rooms, but also residential buildings, barbecue huts, swimming pools, sports and cultural facilities and much more.

The municipalities are responsible for the management of their own and rented buildings.

The property management/building management of the municipal authorities is responsible for the various tasks in the field of real estate.

The tasks of the property management of a municipality or a district include the administration of developed and undeveloped municipal real estate. These include, for example, the following areas:

    • management of the properties,
    • management of undeveloped land,
    • rental matters,
    • lease matters,
    • purchase and sale of land,
    • maintenance of municipal-owned administrative and school buildings and other buildings,
    • Management of municipal cemeteries and municipal roads, paths and squares.

In many municipalities it is possible to use public spaces for private, sporting, cultural, political or commercial events.
