Upon request, public authorities shall be provided with data from the Register of Craftsmen insofar as knowledge of the factual or legal circumstances of the owner of a business in a craft requiring a license (Section 1 (1)) is necessary for the performance of their duties.

In accordance with Section 113 (4) sentence 1 HwO in conjunction with the fee regulations of the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts, fees are charged for the transmission of data in accordance with the fee schedule of the respective Chamber of Skilled Crafts.

Upon your request, the existence of the requirements will be checked and the transfer will be made.
