    Roads are an important element of infrastructure and are of great importance for the mobility of the population and the economy. The Landesbetrieb Brandenburg (LS) plans, builds and maintains the road network in Brandenburg.

    This includes the construction, quality testing and assurance as well as the maintenance of:

    • Federal highways
    • Provincial roads
    • County roads
    • Cycle paths

    As well as so-called engineering structures such as:

    • Bridges
    • Retaining walls
    • Noise
    • Tunnel
