Detailed description

Some municipalities levy a tax on overnight stays in tourist accommodation establishments (overnight stay tax). The amount of the overnight stay tax is regulated in a statute, if applicable.
Accommodation establishments are hotels, guesthouses, holiday apartments, holiday homes, inns, hostels and similar establishments where overnight stays are offered for a fee.
Fees

The amount of the city tax is determined in the respective statutes.
