Detailed description
Prostitution vehicles are motor vehicles, vehicle trailers and other mobile equipment provided for the provision of sexual services.
If you want to set up a prostitution vehicle for operation on more than 2 consecutive days or several times in 1 month, you must notify the local public order office 2 weeks before the installation.
The place of operation and the operating hours must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of the following groups of persons:- prostitutes working in the prostitution vehicle,
- of customers,
- of the youth,
- of local residents,
- the residents and
- of the general public.
Otherwise, the installation of the prostitution vehicle may be prohibited.
A report that is not filed, not correctly, not completely or not filed in time is an administrative offense and can be punished with a fine of up to EUR 1,000. -

- Suitability of the installation site
- Age of majority of the person making the complaint and, if applicable, his or her deputy

Indication of the line-up
- the name and surname of the owner of the vehicle and the full name of the operator of the prostitution vehicle,
- vehicle or ship registration number of the prostitution vehicle,
- precise indication of the place of installation,
- Duration of the installation and
- the hours of operation.
Permit for prostitution business with operating concept
- Copy of the permit for the operation of a prostitution business with the underlying operating concept
- The operating concept must clearly indicate whether the vehicle has a sufficiently large interior and an adequate interior fittings.
In particular, the prostitution vehicle must be designed in such a way that:- Doors can be opened from the inside at any time,
- help can be reached at any time by means of technical devices,
- adequate sanitary facilities, and
- a valid operating licence is available, and
- the vehicle is in technically operational condition.
- if available, also a copy of the deputy permit
Registration certificates/alias certificates
- Copy of the registration certificates and/or aliases of all prostitutes likely to work in the prostitution vehicle
Agreements with prostitutes
- Copy of the agreements/contracts concluded with the prostitutes for the use of the vehicle
Photos of the prostitution vehicle
- Current photos (exterior and interior) of the prostitution vehicle
Valid operating licence / proof of operability
Proof of a valid operating licence and technical operability for the prostitution vehicle (e.g. by means of a copy of the last general inspection, copy of the registration certificate Part I, workshop service booklet, or similar)
