  • Point of contact

If you have any questions or problems, please contact the local youth welfare office.

  • Legal basis
  • Pointer

Young people under the age of 16 are only allowed to stay in restaurants, dance events and discotheques, if they are not accompanied by a person with custody (parent, guardian), if accompanied by a person over the age of 18 who has been entrusted by the parents with the accompaniment and supervision (person in charge of education).

This parenting officer may be, for example, an adult sibling or an adult friend.

In case of doubt, a corresponding order must be proven in writing. Usually, parents give their children a piece of paper stating the assignment. It should clarify that the assignment includes not only the accompaniment but also the supervision of the minor.
