  • Detailed description

    Anyone wishing to operate a restaurant must notify the competent authority in writing four weeks before the start of the business.
    In addition, he must register a business.

  • Documents

    The notification must indicate the surname, first name and address of the operator, the place and time of commencement of operations, the type of beverages and food intended for sale and the mode of operation. In addition, it must be indicated whether it is intended to offer alcoholic beverages.

    If alcoholic beverages are served, further documents must be submitted.

    • Proof of applied for certificate of good conduct
    • Proof of requested information from the Central Trade Register for submission to the authority
    • Certificate of good standing for tax purposes
  • Fees

    - in the case of notification by a natural person: according to the time spent, at least € 30.00

    - in the case of notification by a legal entity with a legal representative: according to the time spent, at least € 55.00; for each additional legal representative, the fee increases according to the time spent, at least by € 15.00

    - in the case of the serving of alcoholic beverages, the fee for each natural person and legal representative is increased by € 10.00
