As a measuring point for emissions and immissions in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act, you can offer your services throughout Germany after notification by a state authority or participate in corresponding tenders.

In terms of equipment and personnel, they are able to determine particulate, gaseous organic and inorganic substances and odors. They have the special requirements with regard to sampling and analysis.

They are able to detect noises and/or vibrations in terms of equipment and personnel.

• They fulfil the obligations according to § 16 of the 41st BImSchV

Fees will be charged for the implementation of the disclosure procedure and the related expert services, depending on the audit and administrative effort and the specific measurements requested.

According to Annex 2 No. 2.2.3 of the Schedule of Fees of the Ministry of the Environment, Health and Consumer Protection (GebOMUGV), the fee is between EUR 350 and EUR 6 700.

The notification must be requested from the State Office for the Environment using the application form:

The disclosure is limited to five years and must then be applied for again.
