In the documents to be submitted, you provide evidence of your qualification as a permit holder, prove that you have suitable operating premises and affirm in lieu of an oath that you will comply with certain legal requirements.

Permission is to be granted on application if you meet all the requirements under Section 2 of the Pharmacy Act.
