Detailed description
The property map is the descriptive part of the cadastral record kept in the Official Property Cadastral Information System (ALKIS). In the property map, all parcels of land and buildings that are significant under real estate law are shown in colour with their spatial boundaries. In addition, the property map contains additional information, such as soil appraisal results, parcel number and location designation of the land and buildings. If you need a graphical proof of your land or building for a construction project or lending purposes, you can receive a corresponding output from the property map. The property map extract can also be output with the soil estimate information.
