If one or more of your children are in a child day care facility (day care, child day care), you will have to pay a fee for this. To determine the amount of this fee, an income check is necessary. Thus, in case of changes, you must send a proof of income to the competent authority. For low incomes, there may also be possibilities of exemption from contributions. In the last year of care of the child before starting school, a general exemption from contributions applies.

- You have attached a supervision contract with the institution.

- Your children are currently cared for in the institution.

• If applicable, decisions on social benefits or housing benefit
• Proof of siblings and existing proof of maintenance
• Proof of income

- Changes in your income can be communicated in writing or in text form to the institution responsible.

- On the basis of the documents submitted, the fee will be recalculated.

- The notice of change will be sent to you by post.

- If there is a direct debit, the fee will be debited regularly, otherwise the sum must be transferred.
