  • Detailed description

    For the development of a property, the creation of a property access road is necessary. For the construction of the property access, structural interventions in the existing road body and sidewalk are usually necessary. These structural interventions can be, for example, lowering the board, interrupting the trench for road drainage, piping the ditch for road drainage, adjustments to the sidewalk / cycle path.

    For the construction of a property access road, you must submit an application with a short textual description and/or justification of the project to the responsible road construction authority (municipality, district, state).

    If the construction of a 2nd property access road is applied for a property, this requires a justification of necessity by the applicant, since a property with an access road is sufficiently developed.
