As the client, you must inform the lower building supervisory authority at least one week in advance in text form when you would like to start your construction project that requires approval or has been exempt from approval.

If your construction project is exempt from approval, this notification is not necessary.

You may not begin the execution of your construction project, which requires approval or is exempt from approval, until you have received the (partial) building permit.

At the latest with the notification of the start of construction, you must submit the necessary structural proofs.

Notify the building supervisory authority of the planned start of construction at least 1 week in advance in text form.

The lower building supervisory authority then checks whether the conditions for the start of the construction project are met. Feedback from the authority is not necessary.
