Detailed description
Floating structures are structures that are suitable and intended to be repeatedly erected and dismantled in different places (e.g. rides, tents, etc.). For the respective use of flying structures, a so-called acceptance of use is carried out by the responsible lower building supervisory authority.
If the acceptance of use due to defects was not possible, a subsequent acceptance must be carried out after the defects have been remedied.

Requirements
Use is permitted if:
a) the conformity of the flying structure with the blueprints,
(b) compliance with the ancillary provisions of the execution permit;
c) the stability of the mobile structure with regard to the local ground conditions
can be confirmed.

Process
The test book must be submitted to the building inspectorate before acceptance of the mobile structure in use. Subsequently, the acceptance date must be agreed with the building supervision. The notifying operator of the flying construction or the person authorized by him in writing must personally participate in this.
