As a building owner, you must inform the lower building supervisory authority in text form at least one week in advance when you would like to start your construction project that requires or is exempt from approval.

If your construction project does not require a permit, this notification is not necessary.

You may not start executing your construction project that requires a permit or is exempt from approval until you have received the (partial) building permit.

At the latest with the start of construction notification, you must submit the necessary structural engineering certificates.

Notify the building supervisory authority of the planned start of construction at least 1 week in advance in text form.

The lower building supervisory authority then checks whether the conditions for the start of the construction project are met. Feedback from the authority is not necessary.
