The merger can be done for you by the cadastral authority of your district or independent city. You submit the application to the cadastral authority itself or to a publicly appointed surveyor.

The merger reduces the number of parcels that make up a property. This makes the field map clearer and easier to understand. If the parcels to be merged belong to different plots of land, the plots must first be united in the land register. This requires a separate application to the land registry, which can be submitted to the cadastral authority or to a publicly appointed surveyor.
