Detailed description
- If you wish to catch eels for commercial purposes, you must first notify the upper fisheries authority and register.
- The upper fisheries authority records the details of persons who catch eels for commercial purposes in a register and assigns them a registration number.

Process
- You notify the upper fisheries authority of your eel fishing activity before you start fishing.
- You state whether you are a full-time or part-time fisherman, in which area you fish and when you will start eel fishing.
- Registration takes place after you have submitted the application to the higher fisheries authority.
- You will receive a registration number.
