Apply for recognition as a psychosocial trial counselor.
This application is aimed at people who would like to work as psychosocial trial counselors in Brandenburg.

Requirements
You must have the following professional qualifications:
- a university degree in the field of social pedagogy, social work, education or psychology and/or completed vocational training in the field of social pedagogy, social work, education or psychology,
- completion of a training or further training course in psychosocial process support recognized by Brandenburg,
- at least two years of practical professional experience in one of the fields of social pedagogy, social work, pedagogy or psychology,
- the necessary personal qualifications, in particular the ability to advise, communicate and cooperate, the ability to deal with conflict, resilience and organizational skills,
- personal reliability.
- Connection to a victim protection organization based in the state of Brandenburg

Upon recognition, the obligations listed in § 6 BbgAGPsychPbG apply to you. In accordance with Section 3 (3), (4) and (5) PsychPbG, you are still responsible for ensuring that you
- have the necessary personal qualifications. These include, in particular, counselling skills, communication and cooperation skills, conflict resolution skills, resilience and organizational skills;
- have knowledge of the help available locally for injured persons;
- undergo regular further training
