The Chamber of Auditors amends entries in the professional register for auditors and auditing firms on the basis of a written notification to the professional register or ex officio. The facts subject to registration result from § 38 WiPrO. As a member of the Chamber of Auditors, you are obliged to notify changes immediately.

You must make the notification in written or electronic form. Written documents in electronic form must contain the name of the member and bear a qualified signature.

After receiving the notification of amendment, the Chamber of Auditors makes the corresponding amendment to the entry in the professional register.

You must notify the change to the professional register immediately (i.e. without undue delay) The registration takes place even in the event of late notification of change.
