If you erect a building on a plot of land or change the floor plan (extension, partial demolition), you as the owner of the land or building must arrange for the building to be measured. Through the official building survey, your existing or newly constructed building will be transferred to the official real estate cadastre or its perimeter will be updated.

 

A building has been erected or the layout of the building has been changed.

You can submit an application if you

• Parcel owner,
• a person entitled to a hereditary building,
• a person with power of attorney (authorized) or consent of the owner or the person entitled to hereditary building or
• an authority in the performance of its tasks,
